Everyone's into it. Everyone's after it. Its the panacea for marketers, marketing communications specialists and the hoil polloi to emerge from the economic recession. Many believe it is redefining the media landscape around the world. What is it? Social Media of course.
Updating my blog after a three-month lapse, I thought I'd share with you a suggested answer to a question on many minds including my own.
